Our team is comprised of nonprofit award-winning documentary filmmakers, communication directors and board members.
Our goal is not to overload you with more content and info. It is to walk with you as you learn and implement proven comms strategies to achieve better results.
If we want to learn effectively online, we need structure, accountability, active coaching, but most of all we need each other.
That’s why we created our Master Class.
Our Master Class coaching includes recurring calls with a small group of NPO professionals learning and workshopping with their own content in community.

What happens on the coaching call?
Coaching Calls are conducted on Zoom. We enjoy working face to face, and it’s how all our cohort calls go too.
Here’s the agenda for the call.
- Intro: (5min) We’d like to learn more about you and answer any questions about us.
- What has you stuck? (10min) What elements of your current communication are underperforming or difficult?
- Workshopping: (10min) Feedback on a specific communication asset or campaign you’re working on.
- Next steps: (5min) Actionable help with what has you stuck and details on our coaching cohorts.
Who can join the call?
Anyone in charge of communication decisions for your organization.
They can be an exec, staff member or key volunteer.
Please keep it limited to 1-3 people to help the call run smoothly.

Our coaching and community are not for everyone.
Creating results that move the needle for your organization requires us to have a deeper and longer term partnership. Plus our clients benefit from having other dedicated and engaged peers in our cohorts.
